1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup buttermilk
2 scallions chopped
salt and pepper
1-2 garlic cloves
pinch of dried parsley
In a blender,pulse garlic with scallions.
add the rest of ingredients and pulse until well combined.
Serve on a salad or use as a dip for veggies.
