		<description><![CDATA[This is a great recipe. The only thing I would comment on is the cooking time. Unless you have a thick piece of salmon, limit cooking to 15-20 minutes. Cooking for 15 minutes and leaving the fish in the parchment for 5 minutes out of the oven (or until you’re ready to eat) should be safe. Our fish was 1.5 lbs and at 20 minutes it was slightly overcooked although it didn’t affect the taste and texture. The flavor was really good. We used some Old Bay seasoning and backed off a little on the garlic. Either way it’s a keeper.]]></description>

Try asking at your grocery store bakery if they would sell you some.  I&#039;ve been able to purchase it from mine by the pound, and at a very reasonable price compared to those tiny jars in the spice or baking aisle which are so expensive.]]></description>
