I had never made calamari before, and these instructions were perfect. I used Trader Joe’s sauce, and it was so much easier than making my own. Honestly, I would have but I don’t have a food processor and the store bought was great, and affordable :)

I didn’t have old bay so I used paprika and cayenne. I’m not sure I would have been able to tell with all the sauce anyway. Thanks for the great recipe and for helping make our New Years celebration that much better!
