Ingredients:
2 -2 1/2 Wild Salmon fillet skin on
Marinade-
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 heaping tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika or regular paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
salt
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl combine all ingredients for marinade.
Rub it on both sides of the fillet.
Let it marinade for 30 minutes.
Start your grill.
Brush oil or spray cooking spray on the grates.
Place salmon skin side up first.
Grill about 8 minutes each side.
