I like eggs prepared any way, but soft boiled eggs and poached eggs are my favorite. They are very easy and quick to make. To make a perfect soft boiled egg a timer is a must.
Ingredients:
large eggs
small pot of water
salt
bread/toast
Directions:
Bring pot of water boil.
then lower the heat, so the water is simmering.
Add one egg at a time with spoon.
For 1-2 eggs cooking time 5 minutes
For 3-4 eggs add another 30 sec- a minute
Run the eggs under cold water for 30 -60 sec.
Peel the top of the egg,sprinkle some salt and serve with crusty bread or toast.
