This is one of my all-time favorite recipes for plank-grilled wild salmon. The fillet turns out incredibly tender, moist, and flavorful, with a wonderful smoky aroma infused from the grilling plank.
If you haven’t tried plank-grilling salmon, I highly recommend giving it a try and experiencing the difference from traditionally grilled salmon. This recipe is simple to prepare, and the flavor is amazing.
