Chicken Marsala is a classic Italian dish made with tender chicken cutlets, mushrooms, and Marsala wine. It is a simply delicious and elegant recipe that works beautifully for a family meal or any special occasion.
Cheese Note: You can find a Parmesan-Romano blend at Trader Joe’s. Feel free to add more cheese if you prefer a richer, cheesier flavor.
For a Lighter Version: Replace the heavy whipping cream with 1 cup chicken broth or stock and use 3/4 cup Marsala wine.
