Directions

This is a great and elegant crab-stuffed fish dinner recipe. It is a fantastic dish for any special occasion, especially Valentine’s Day or an anniversary.

If you are not a seafood lover, you can pan-sear a chicken breast instead. Pound it first, season it well, and then proceed with the sauce. The sauce is so delicious that it also works beautifully with other pan-seared or baked fish such as halibut, sea bass, or salmon.

You can also make chicken breast rolls. Sautéed mushrooms with onions or shallots make a wonderful filling, or you can stuff the chicken with cheese, spinach, or asparagus.
