- Your choice or mix of-
- oats
- amaranth
- hemp seeds
- chia seeds
- flax seeds
- raw buckwheat (not toasted)
- almonds,cashews or hazelnuts.
Instructions
- Layer the ingredients in a tall glass or wine glass in this order;
- yogurt
- berries
- your choice of nuts,seeds,oats listed above.
- drizzle a little bit of raw agave syrup or honey.
- repeat the layer and top with more berries.
