This is a dressing that you can add to your salad without guilt.You will know everything that will go in your body.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup buttermilk
2 scallions chopped
salt and pepper
1-2 garlic cloves
pinch of dried parsley
Directions:
In a blender,pulse garlic with scallions.
add the rest of ingredients and pulse until well combined.
Serve on a salad or use as a dip for veggies.

This is DEFINITELY the BEST buttermilk rance EVER! I made a lot of it and between my neighbors and my hubby, it was gone before I even knew it. Didn’t last long. It’s on my list to make it again. Yummy & super easy. My suggestion is to follow the instructions 100% on this one. Lol. Since I love GARLIC soo much, I added more garlic and green onions. . . Yeah, it was HOT! so I had to alter and add more buttermilk. Please don’t do that and follow Nadia’s directions and you will be fine :)))
